Why Every Piece of Exercise Equipment I Buy Is Weslo
December 27, 2008 on 7:41 am | By admin | In Health & Fitness :: Exercise & MeditationI own three pieces of exercise equipment and they are all Weslo Fitness Equipment. This brand of exercise equipment is the only one that I would ever own. I have had a one hundred percent positive experience with all three pieces of the equipment. I own a treadmill which works perfectly, an elliptical trainer and a recumbent bike. All three pieces of equipment are located in my very own personal home gym. I enjoy working out immensely. In fact, I devote about two hours per day to working out. No matter if you want to build muscle or lose fat and inches, Weslo has the machine for you.
How Do I Know If Lap Banding Is Right For Me?
December 23, 2008 on 7:41 am | By admin | In Health & FitnessI am looking into my options for losing weight, and the idea of surgery appeals to me. I have tried to lose weight with diets and exercise and I haven’t been able to lose nearly enough. However, I am not sure which type of surgery I should choose. Can anyone tell me where I can find out more information about Lap Banding so that I can see if this might be the right solution for me? I have heard good things about it, but I am still not sure that I am ready to take that step for myself yet.
Radium Treatment for Prostate cancer
December 17, 2008 on 7:40 am | By admin | In Health & Fitness :: Cancer / IllnessMy husband’s father was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. Luckily he caught it in the early stages and we are hopeful that he will beat it. We are looking for alternatives to Chemo though. I have done some research and would love to know more about Radium Treatment For Prostate Cancer. It looks like this is a good way to help him. I would like to know more about the side effects and the symptoms that come with it though. Would he have to follow a special diet, or take supplements? I have heard that Chemo is really rough on a patients body and hopefully we can find something that’s easier for him to deal with.
Be really ready for your first day of boot camp
December 2, 2008 on 2:40 pm | By admin | In Health & Fitness :: Weight-LossWhen I arrived for my first day of the 3 day boot camp I knew I was in for some serious training. As soon as we met our personal trainer we knew she was a serious person. it only took her a few seconds to size us up. She stated if we were not up to serious boot camp fitness type training we should leave right then. We could tell that she wasn’t one to take any of the excuses we might come up with to make the training any easier than the plan called for. In fact she told us that if we miss more than one half of one training session we would be sent home with no refund of what we paid. This was a real motivating eye opener I can tell you.
