Adding an Exercise Bike To Your Fitness Routine

Any total fitness program must include a program of lifting and a means to get a good cardio workout. this can be easily accomplished by adding an exercise bike routine to your workouts. If you wanted to do something like this at home, try a combination of a bow-flex or other home gym setup. Then simply add a decent cheap exercise bikes - upright or recumbent - to totally work your muscles and your heart. Both pieces of workout gear can be found new or used for a great price!
