Be really ready for your first day of boot camp

When I arrived for my first day of the 3 day boot camp I knew I was in for some serious training. As soon as we met our personal trainer we knew she was a serious person. it only took her a few seconds to size us up. She stated if we were not up to serious boot camp fitness type training we should leave right then. We could tell that she wasn’t one to take any of the excuses we might come up with to make the training any easier than the plan called for. In fact she told us that if we miss more than one half of one training session we would be sent home with no refund of what we paid. This was a real motivating eye opener I can tell you.
