Prepare for Anxiety
November 21, 2008 on 7:41 am | By admin | In Health & FitnessThe ways that I have been able to cope with my anxiety over the years have been more of a natural approach then anything else. I know that there are things that I can do for anxiety management but I have tried to steer clear of drugs and medications, even the herbal ones. I like to try to take care of my anxiety on my own first and then after those resources are exhausted I will look for more help. Right now I am trying to keep my lifestyle clean, my eating habits balanced and I get a decent amount of rest to make sure I am balanced overall.
